The Master SM-700-025 German 20,3cm/60 (8in) SKC/34 (8pcs) set is a high-quality modeling accessory dedicated to German World War II ship models made in 1:700 scale. The set contains precisely replicated, turned brass barrels of 203 mm (8 inch) naval guns, which were historically used on the famous German cruisers: Admiral Hipper, Blücher, and Prinz Eugen. The originals of these guns were the main artillery armament of heavy cruisers of the Kriegsmarine. The SKC/34 variant was developed just before the outbreak of World War II and was used by the German Navy from the late 1930s until the end of the war in 1945.

The 20.3 cm SKC/34 guns entered service during World War II. They were used, among others, in the famous "Weserübung" operation during the attack on Norway, where the cruiser Blücher was sunk in the Oslo Fjord. The cruiser Prinz Eugen, in turn, gained fame for its joint operation with the battleship Bismarck during the Atlantic sortie.

The Master SM-700-025 set is very easy to use: just cut off the original plastic barrel from the model, drill a hole, and place the metal part using cyanoacrylate (CA) glue.
